Simple registration
As you will see, registration is simple – simply give us information about your organization and bank account routing information. There are no reporting fees, no change fees such as changing your bank account, no per-user fees, and no cancelation fees – and no hidden costs!
Easy for organizations to manage
You receive your funds as they are given
Small Givings does automatic direct deposit to your designated bank account within 4 days of donor payment – your proceeds will be net of your Small Givings administration cost, our discount, which is 5.5%, plus interchange costs (fees from the payment processors and banks and which Small Givings has not control); Small Givings will provide advice about how to minimize your interchange costs and you will get complete statements with all costs and proceeds.
You control who has access to what information
Donor information can be sensitive, and you will have control with three levels of user access – you set what information is available at each level, and then assign your users to a level.
Online reports available at the touch of a button
Online reports are available according to level of each user’s access.
Year end receipts sent to each donor automatically by email
Small Givings automatically sends email receipts for every donor by the end of January each year for use in their IRS and state income tax returns – this feature is valuable and donor can receive this important information.
Other Features
Multiple campaigns
Small Givings allows you to have multiple campaigns that give you the flexibility to set up different campaigns such as having a general giving campaign while supporting other campaigns for other activities – or set up a limited-time campaign for a special fundraiser!

Small Givings will provide the links for your website page that will take your donors to a screen that shows your campaigns for simple donor selection.
